Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer.
  3. Stir frequently for 45 minutes until thick.
  4. Cool and pour into sterilized jars.

Notes

This chutney pairs perfectly with grilled meat, sandwiches, or cheese platters. Store in a cool dry place after opening.
